I LOVE long John silvers and was devastated when they shut down the one in Hanford and Tulare. I travel to Visalia just to get long johns chicken and shrimp and it's always awesome tasting and satisfying. It's my favorite fast food place!

Worst customer service I've ever had at Long John's. Team Leader Stephanie was asked about a sign that showed 2 grilled salmon or shrimp tacos, a side and small drink for $6.59. She said it should be $7.99, went over and yanked the sign down, looked at us and said 'it's $7.99' very rude and abrupt. I'm sorry but if your sign is incorrect, you honor it and then take it down. Poor customer service and lack of management skills. So you lost an order and customers. It will be fun talking to corporate tomorrow.

Rude drive through worker just because my husband said no sauce and i said yes vinegar. Asked for extra side of crunches did not get tried calling and got no answer. I live in Tulare was not gonna go back for crunches.

Horrible customer service I placed three orders specifically asked for extra tartar sauce I got one package per order if I could give them less than one star I would I will never order from Long John Silver's again I just throw my food away

It's long johns not much different from any of the other ones the chicken and fish are usually cooked right and always have that signature taste wish they would bring back the onion rings! And why is it they are always out of hush puppies?? Which ya have to wait on while your other food gets cold so then your stuck with blistering hot hush puppies and cold everything else :-/
